Service Terms

Welcome to Narayan Wellness Inc. (“Business”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or receiving any service.

1. CLIENT CONSENT

By booking an appointment, you consent to receiving wellness services, including but not limited to massage therapy, fitness instruction, and nutrition coaching (the “Services”), at our location: 4456 Black Ave Suite 150, Pleasanton, CA 94566

 

For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the entirety of the service. The parent or guardian must provide consent prior to the appointment.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Engaging in wellness services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to soreness, bruising, swelling, sprains, dizziness, and discomfort. By proceeding with services, you accept these risks and release Narayan Wellness and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability arising from the Services. 

 

If you have allergies or sensitivities to certain massage oils, lotions, or other products used during treatments, you are responsible for notifying your therapist before your session. Narayan Wellness is not responsible for any adverse reactions if such conditions are not disclosed in advance.

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

To ensure a safe environment for all clients, we require adherence to the following:

  • Rescheduling appointments if you have experienced any illness within 48 hours of your scheduled service.
  • Following all health and safety guidelines set forth by national, state, and local health authorities.
  • Washing and sanitizing hands before and after entering the Premises.

4. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Our services are intended for general wellness and relaxation and should not replace medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Our providers are not qualified to diagnose or prescribe medical treatments. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions prior to receiving services.

 

Our therapists may require a physician’s release before providing services for clients with certain medical conditions.

5. MASSAGE THERAPY GUIDELINES

Massage therapy is for relaxation purposes and may provide physiological benefits such as relief from muscle tension and stress reduction. If you experience discomfort during a session, please notify your therapist immediately.

 

If you have any known allergies or sensitivities to products commonly used in massage therapy, please inform your therapist before your session.

6. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, NO-SHOW, AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

  • Cancellations: Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will be charged the full service amount.
  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment at no charge as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the booked service.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened session or cancellation of the appointment. Full payment is still required.

7. PAYMENT TERMS & CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

  • First Appointment: Payment is required in full prior to the appointment.
  • Subsequent Appointments: Payment is required at the time of service.
  • A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. It is the client’s responsibility to update and maintain a valid card on file at all times.
  • Accepted methods include cash, credit card, or other forms of electronic payment.
  • By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge for rendered services, late cancellations, and no-shows.

8. GIFT CARDS & SERVICE CREDIT PACKAGES

Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed for services or products offered by the Business.

Service credit packages must be used within one (1) year of purchase. Any unused credits beyond this period will be forfeited.

Gift cards and service credit packages are non-refundable.

9. REFUND POLICY

All service and product purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.

10. GRATUITY POLICY

While gratuity is optional, it is greatly appreciated as a way to recognize excellent service. Gratuities may be provided in cash or added to a credit card payment.

11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Narayan Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables with you at all times while on the Premises.

12. ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATIONS

Narayan Wellness is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment. If you require any special accommodations due to a disability, please contact us before your appointment so we can make the necessary arrangements.

13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Narayan Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
  • Violation of service terms and policies.
  • Medical concerns that require physician clearance.
  • Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated within the scheduled time slot.

14. CODE OF CONDUCT

We maintain a professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexually suggestive remarks, aggression, or harassment, may result in the following actions:

  • Immediate termination of services.
  • Removal from the premises.
  • Denial of future services.
  • Legal action if necessary.

15. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
